What you’ll do As a Senior Technical Product Manager, Platform Services at Infura you will:

• Own the vision, strategy, and outcomes for Infura Platform Services which enable Consensys teams and partners to build on and extend Infura’s Platform
• Research and describe end user needs, and how they would leverage the Platform
• Drive prioritization and alignment with internal and external partner teams to deliver on the vision
• Define product proposals and specifications for features and enhancements, describing the problem, solution, and what success looks like
• Collaborate with Project Management, Engineering and QA to ensure all teams are aligned on product definition, development, cross-team go-to-market plans and post release monitoring
• Define analytics requirements for measuring the performance and success of Platform services

•  Preferred Qualifications:
• 5-8+ years of Product Management experience with strong technical knowledge and understanding of systems and engineering concepts
• You’ve got a passion for building scalable platforms that create high leverage and value for internal customers
• You’ve got extensive experience working across a large and diverse group of technical customers
• You are a strong, concise writer - you’ve written high-level strategy documents as well as detailed specifications for technical products
• You’ve been a Product Owner in an Agile development environment, having gone through the full development lifecycle from specification through live operations and data analysis
• Located or willing to work in North America (Eastern) or European time zones
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in computer science, math, economics, statistics, or related field, or equivalent technical professional experience
