What you will do
- Build and improve upon web apps and APIs used by millions of monthly users
- Work with product and design teams to rapidly build experimental products
- Build resilient job pipelines and keep them up and running
- Diagnose and mitigate scaling issues at the database and app levels
- Be primarily focused on the back end using tools like Postgres, Elixir, Node.js
Who you are
- You have 4+ years professional programming experience (in any language)
- You like to focus on the back end but are not afraid to dabble in the front end and have some familiarity with React/TypeScript
- You enjoy teaching and mentoring other engineers and bring new best practices to the table
- You care about quality and aspire to ship well-tested code
- You have some background in CS
- You are interested in or have experience with blockchains, crypto and web3
