Position Overview
Reporting to Tronic’s CTO, our Site Reliability Engineer will lead the effort of ensuring the reliability and scalability of our technology infrastructure and products. The role involves a combination of software engineering and systems engineering, focusing on optimizing existing systems, building infrastructure, and eliminating work through automation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure to support our SaaS platform.
• Monitor and improve the performance, scalability, and resilience of our systems.
• Automate deployment, scaling, and management of containerized applications.
• Work closely with development teams to design and implement software solutions.
• Implement robust monitoring and alerting systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in our development, test, and production environments.
• Conduct post-incident reviews and drive root cause analysis.
• Continuously improve system reliability and efficiency through automation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Site Reliability Engineer or similar role.
• Experience with AWS cloud services and other cloud providers (Azure, GCP)
• Experience with infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Golang, Python, Bash, or Perl.
• Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, etc.).
• Understanding of network fundamentals and security best practices.
• Experience in managing large-scale web applications.
• Knowledge of automation and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Familiarity with database administration and performance tuning.
• A proactive approach to spotting problems, areas for improvement, and performance bottlenecks.
• Familiarity with Blockchain and related technology is a plus
