Senior Rust Developer

BlockSniper, a crypto trading startup, is looking for a Senior Rust Developer with blockchain experience — ideally with Solana. We operate at the intersection of blockchain and lightning-fast trading, building trading bots and smart strategies.

What you'll do:

• Optimize bot performance and existing code, reduce latency, and increase responsiveness

• Work with low-level interfaces (RPC/gRPC), and handle high transaction volumes: batch processing, indexing, subscriptions

• Build custom technical solutions for emerging market trends to maintain our competitive edge

• Write reliable, scalable code and participate in code reviews and architectural discussions

What we’re looking for:

• Strong Rust skills with 4+ years of professional experience

• Deep understanding of system-level abstractions, multithreading, and async programming

• Knowledge of Solana runtime constraints (stack size, compute units)

• Blockchain experience is a plus — especially with Solana

• Proven experience in performance optimization and low-latency systems

• HFT or quantitative trading experience is preferred

• Bonus: familiarity with MEV, working with bundles, mempool monitoring, and simulations

• Proficiency in Russian since the whole team speaks only in Russian
