Senior Product Designer

Nash is hiring a Senior Product designer to help us build the best place to grow your money the modern way: buy with euros and earn with crypto. The ideal candidate has crafted engaging consumer apps at scale and has deep empathy for the user's journey. If you're looking to break into web3 / crypto, now's your chance.  This role is primarily remote, but requires the ability to travel to Amsterdam a fews days per month. For that reason we are looking for a candidate based in Europe. Your role in a nutshell: We are still building the team, so you need to combine strategy with hands on UI design, and conduct extensive user research and translate the results of your research into user flows, wireframes, prototypes and designs. Your end goal is to bring our customer experience to new heights, coupled with our new brand identity, new products & services, to become the number one personal finance app. 

This is a central role in our organization

You'll play an essential role in all core company processes, optimizing customer journeys with our brand, content and paid marketers as well as working closely with IT, business development, analytics and external agencies. 

Responsibilities

• Deliver UX/UI designs, translating concepts into wireframes, mockups and prototypes
• Take ownership of the Nash Design system and push it forward
• Help growing the design team and contribute to an ever evolving design proces and philosophy
• Be responsible for successful customer engagement on our owned channels, including our website and mobile app.
• Build a strong user research program to validate problems and solutions
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders throughout the organisation

Requirements

• 6 - 10 years of digital design experience (UX & UI), working on mobile apps and collaborating with development
• Expertise in standard design software such as Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
• Understanding of HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript is a plus
• Experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design
• A solid grasp of user-centered design, planning and conducting user research, user testing and A/B testing
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas and solutions to all stakeholders
