The Role

We are currently looking for a Senior Graphics Engineer to join our phenomenal Mirandus team. We are looking for an experienced graphics engineer to be a vital member of the graphics and rendering team on Mirandus. The ideal candidate must have experience with Unity's/HDRP rendering pipeline and is able to identify and drive solutions for technical challenges. You must have a creative and hands-on attitude amplified by an entrepreneurial spirit for technical excellence. This is a fantastic opportunity to change the play-to earn blockchain gaming space on our Mirandus team with your hands-on skills and energy. 

Responsibilities

• Graphics Engineer position is responsible for building out exciting rendering systems and features to bring our team’s vision to life
• Collaborating with designers, artists, and programmers, to design, implement and iterate on rendering systems
• Extending existing rendering systems to provide new or improved functionality to meet the needs of the content teams
• Work on other tools and technology features as required
• Bring a proven understanding of algorithms, design patterns, debugging and memory/performance optimization

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as a graphics engineer within games or related industries
• Experience with Unity’s URP/HDRP rendering pipeline
• Advanced understanding of C / C++ and HLSL
• Passion for algorithms and math
• Driven to solve technical challenges across many aspects of game development
• Self-motivated, stellar work ethic, fun collaborator
• Excited by problem-solving
• Fearless

Nice-to-Have Skills and Qualifications

• MMO experience a plus
• Shipped at least one title as a graphics engineer
• Experience with optimizations and multi-threaded development
• Experience with a range of hardware platforms
