Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Product Owner to turn high-level product strategy into actionable plans and game features. This role bridges the gap between vision and execution — owning the day-to-day product direction, managing feature development, and ensuring tight alignment between game design, development, and player experience.

You’ll work cross-functionally with design, engineering, economy, and community teams to deliver delightful, scalable, and data-informed gameplay systems. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes games, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has a knack for tactical execution.

Responsibilities

• Translate product vision into actionable roadmaps and tactical plans for development teams.

• Define feature specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new game systems, live operations, and core mechanics.

• Prioritize the product backlog and manage sprints with engineering and design leads.

• Work closely with Game Designers to balance fun, progression, and economic integration.

• Partner with UX/UI and economy teams to ensure features are intuitive and aligned with web3 principles.

• Analyze data and player feedback to identify pain points and iterate on existing features.

• Ensure consistent communication across teams to align goals, resolve blockers, and maintain momentum.

• Champion the player experience and ensure every update drives meaningful impact in the game world.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, with a proven track record of managing large cross-functional teams (30+ members) in a complex development environment.

• Experience working in agile development environments (Scrum, Kanban).

• Strong ability to balance competing priorities and make data-informed decisions.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Passion for games — especially MMO, sandbox, or open-world genres — with a strong player empathy and a deep appreciation for emergent gameplay, community-driven content, and evolving digital worlds.

• Familiarity with web3 gaming, digital economies, or blockchain is a plus.

Bonus Points

• Experience shipping a game or major feature in a live environment.

• Knowledge of Unity, Unreal Engine, or other game engines.

• Experience with virtual economies, trading systems, or player-generated content.

• Prior experience working on web3, NFT, or token-based products.
