About the Role:

We’re looking for a highly skilled and proactive Senior Game Marketing Specialist to own and drive marketing initiatives that engage and grow our player community across multiple channels. This role requires strategic thinking and hands-on execution in social media, influencer/KOL marketing, community engagement, partnerships, and content marketing.

You will work closely with product, game operations, and creative teams to deliver impactful campaigns and initiatives that enhance player experience and brand presence. Though this role is individual contributor–focused, it demands strong leadership skills to influence stakeholders and coordinate cross-team efforts effectively.

This position reports to the Game Marketing Lead.

What You Can Expect To Work On

Social & Content Marketing

• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook, Discord)
• Manage content calendars, campaigns, and storytelling aligned with game launches and updates
• Write and localize press releases, announcements, and marketing content

KOL & Community Management

• Identify, onboard, and manage influencers, streamers, and KOLs across regions (contracting, briefing, performance tracking)

• Design and execute community engagement initiatives, including online/offline events and Discord activations
• Act as a liaison for player feedback, supporting product and marketing improvements

Partnerships & Cross-functional Collaboration

• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with brands and content creators to enhance player acquisition and retention
• Collaborate closely with Product, Game Ops, and Data teams to align marketing with game development and live operations
• Use player and marketing metrics (DAU, ARPU, retention) to measure and optimize campaign effectiveness

What You Need to Succeed

• 4+ years experience in gaming and entertainment focused brand marketing
• Proven expertise in social media, influencer/KOL campaigns, and community building
• Deep understanding of gaming culture and platforms (Discord, Twitch, TikTok)
• Experience managing both online and offline community events
• Excellent communication and content creation skills (press releases, marketing copy, briefs)
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with product and dev teams
• Data-driven, familiar with gaming KPIs like DAU, ARPU, and retention
• Experience with Free-to-Play (F2P) Mobile gaming is highly preferred
