The Senior Fullstack Blockchain Developer will design, implement, and maintain full stack applications with integrated blockchain solutions, enabling secure, decentralized workflows. You will develop smart contracts, APIs, and front-end dashboards, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure system scalability, reliability, and security. • Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications including backend services, APIs, and web front-ends such as dashboards and tools.
• Develop, deploy, and maintain smart contracts, ensuring seamless on-chain and off-chain integration.
• Implement blockchain-integrated workflows including staking, consensus mechanisms, verification, and data pipelines.
• Ensure system reliability, performance, scalability, and security across all applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architecture, system design, and best practices.
• Maintain code quality, documentation, and adherence to development standards.

• 5+ years of full stack development experience using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React/Node.js).
• Minimum 2 years of blockchain development experience, including smart contracts in Solidity or equivalent.
• Strong backend skills including API design, database management, and distributed architectures.
• Proficiency in frontend development using JavaScript/TypeScript and React (or similar frameworks).
• Experience integrating on-chain and off-chain systems and understanding blockchain fundamentals such as staking, consensus, and RPC interactions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup-style environment with end-to-end ownership.
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
