Senior Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Engineering Manager to lead our frontend and fullstack engineering teams in building client-facing staking and earn products. This role focuses on delivering intuitive, scalable, and secure user interfaces while collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams. You will drive technical excellence, ensure alignment with strategic goals, and foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and accountability. • Accountabilities:
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of frontend and fullstack engineers, promoting collaboration, accountability, and ownership.
• Oversee system architecture design, performance optimization, and delivery of complex UI projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, backend) to define requirements and prioritize features.
• Ensure high standards for code quality, scalability, and performance, implementing best practices in frontend engineering.
• Manage incident response, monitoring, and platform reliability improvements.
• Participate in DevOps practices, including automation, CI/CD, containerization, and cloud infrastructure.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and blockchain community forums.
• Balance technical debt, short-term delivery, and long-term system evolution.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with strong expertise in frontend and fullstack technologies.
• 3+ years of leadership or managerial experience overseeing frontend/fullstack engineering teams.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure user interfaces in SaaS or web-based applications.
• Deep technical knowledge of modern frontend frameworks (React, TypeScript, modern CSS) and fullstack technologies (Node.js, Nest.js, GraphQL, REST APIs).
• Experience with web performance optimization, accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, and UI/UX principles.
• Proficiency in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP).
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred: experience with blockchain technologies, staking services, and engagement with blockchain communities.
