The opportunity

The Senior DevOps Engineer will manage the daily operational needs of the reserve team.

What you’ll be doing primarily

• Communication & Collaboration:
• Effective communication skills.
• Positive attitude and team player mentality.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Experience using Git in production environments.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile software development process.
• Proficiency with a modern programming language (e.g., Go, C++, Python).
• Strong Linux System Administration skills, including user/patch management and automation with tools like Ansible.
• Cloud & Infrastructure:
• Experience with Cloud Providers, especially AWS.
• Proficient in Infrastructure as Code tools, preferably Terraform.
• Containerization & CI/CD:
• Expertise in Kubernetes, with hands-on experience developing and maintaining Manifests in Helm and Kustomize.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Github Actions + ArgoCD. AWS EKS and Rancher K3S familiarity is a plus.
• Networking:
• Basic networking knowledge, including managing routers and switches, and troubleshooting routing and ACL issues.

Bonus if you have

• Experience with Blockchain or FX quant trading
• Significant professional experience in at least one of our core languages: C++ or Go
• Knowledge of relational database models such as MySQL or PostgreSQL and non-relational database models such as Redis
• Experience with Mikrotik routers
• Experience with Cisco switches
• Experience with AWS Transit GW and Networking a plus
