Senior Designer

We are passionate about delivering exceptional design experiences, and we are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

As a Senior Designer at Flight3, you'll be a creative force, responsible for crafting compelling graphic design assets, shaping brand identities, and closely collaborating with our animation and UX/UI teams. This role calls for a seasoned designer with a discerning eye for aesthetics, a profound grasp of brand strategy, and a fervour for producing visually striking and impactful designs across diverse platforms. You'll be instrumental in shaping the visual essence of our clients' projects and internal initiatives, ensuring they resonate deeply with audiences and drive tangible success. You will be a team champion, committed to guiding more junior designers through feedback and mentorship as a co-owner of the entire studio’s success.

Responsibilities

• Craft compelling graphic design assets and shape brand identities with precision and creativity.

• Collaborate closely with animation and UX/UI teams to deliver seamless design experiences.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continually elevate the quality of our design work.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the design team, fostering their growth and development.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations, articulating design concepts and strategies with clarity and confidence.
• Contribute to the development of internal processes and workflows to optimize efficiency and creativity within the design team

Experience and Skills

• Demonstrable professional experience as a Graphic or Multidisciplinary Designer, with a
  focus on brand development and marketing design.
• The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of professional design agency experience including
  client presentation and liaison.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality graphic design assets across various digital
  and print platforms.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other
  relevant design tools, including Figma.
• Project management experience including the implementation of tools such as Clickup.
• Experience in collaborating with animation and UX/UI teams to deliver cohesive design
  experiences.

Graphic Design and Creativity

• Exceptional graphic design skills, demonstrating a strong sense of aesthetics, composition,
  and attention to detail.
• Ability to bring creative ideas to life and effectively communicate visual concepts to
  stakeholders and clients.
• Experience in creating visual narratives and storytelling through design elements.
• Ability to create brand designs end-to-end and present them as complete brand bibles.
  

Additional Skills (Nice to Have)

• Multidisciplinary creative experience e.g. animation, UIUX, 3D
• Knowledge of Web3 technologies and their integration into design projects.
• Team leadership experience
• Creative direction and consultancy experience
