The Marketing team at Cake is looking for a Senior Brand Marketing Designer with a strong focus on brand visual communications to lead the effort in designing refreshing and engaging visual assets used by our marketing and brand team to drive adoption of Cake’s products and increase stickiness of Cake’s brand.  The Senior Brand Marketing Designer will collaborate with the marketing, brand communications, content, social and community teams, to focus the visual tone of Cake’s brand, ensure brand consistency, set brand standards and guidelines, and become a steward of Cake’s brand. This is a full-time position that is hybrid (based in Singapore).

What you’ll do:

• Communicate brand value and messages through impactful visual and graphic design (for digital, print, OOH etc)
• Develop and nurture Cake’s brand identity through compelling visual communications 
• Collaborate and brainstorm with marketing/social teams to support marketing activities (such as campaigns, promotions, general brand messaging etc)
• Manage internal workflows and delivery of projects in a timely manner

What you’ll need: 

• 6 - 8 years of Professional Experience in a technology-focused startup, agency or freelance capacity.
• Experience in crafting visual assets for a wide variety of clients across many visual and media formats (print, digital, OOH, social, etc).
• Experience in designing and prototyping visually rich and immersive web experiences for brands
• Deep knowledge of design best practices.
• An excellent online portfolio showcasing solutions across multiple design challenges.
• Experience bringing projects from concept to execution.
• Master at Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and other leading design tools.
• Ability and experience in 3D design, animation, HTML and CSS a plus.
• Experience with blockchain, cryptocurrency and digital technologies are a plus.
• Able to function independently and in a team environment, with excellent collaboration skills.
• Be able to present and articulate ideas.
• Ability to distill key decisions and discussions and translate them into compelling solutions.
• A demonstrated passion to delight the audience, as well as knowledge of how to leverage design to achieve communication goals.
• Fluency in English is required.
