Senior Blockchain Developer

We are looking for a Senior Blockchain Engineer to lead the design, development, and optimization of our next-generation decentralized platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-impact environments, has deep blockchain expertise, and is eager to drive innovation across DeFi, smart contracts, tokenomics, and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and build scalable blockchain-based systems and services.

• Develop smart contracts (Solidity, Rust, or similar) with a strong focus on security and gas optimization.

• Lead blockchain protocol integrations and interoperability features (EVM, Layer-2, Cross-chain, Cosmos, Polkadot, etc.).

• Collaborate with product, backend, and infrastructure teams to deliver production-grade Web3 features.

• Conduct code reviews, audits, and implement best practices for secure smart contract development.

• Research emerging technologies and assess their applicability to our roadmap.

• Optimize infrastructure for performance, scalability, monitoring, and DevOps workflows.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in blockchain development.

• Strong proficiency in Solidity, Rust, or Golang.

• Experience deploying smart contracts to mainnet/testnet environments.

• Deep understanding of EVM, gas optimization, and common vulnerabilities (Reentrancy, MEV, access control, etc.).

• Hands-on experience in blockchain node architecture, APIs, RPC endpoints, and indexing technologies.

• Familiarity with Layer-2 networks (Arbitrum, Optimism, zkSync), cross-chain bridges, or modular blockchains.

• Strong understanding of cryptography concepts (hashing, signatures, key management).

• Experience with Web3 libraries — ethers.js, web3.js, Polkadot.js, or CosmWasm frameworks.

• Proficiency with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Nice to Have

• Experience building dApps using React, Next.js, or TypeScript.

• Background in DeFi protocols, on-chain analytics, or tokenomics modeling.

• Experience contributing to open-source blockchain projects.

• Knowledge of security auditing tools (Slither, MythX, Foundry, Echidna, Tenderly).
