The role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing key client relationships within the Web3 space. You will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and that our solutions deliver maximum value.

Key responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Understand their business goals and challenges and align our solutions to meet their needs.
- Web3 Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of Web3 technologies, including blockchain, cryptocurrency, and DeFi. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide informed advice and insights to clients.
- Communication: Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ensure clear, concise, and timely communication with clients and internal teams.
- Project Management: Oversee the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Coordinate with internal teams to address client requirements and resolve any issues.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to expand client accounts by introducing additional services or products that add value to their business.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally. Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions that meet client needs and exceed their expectations.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to clients on project status, performance metrics, and areas for improvement. Prepare and present reports that demonstrate the value delivered by our solutions.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, client services, or a related role, preferably within the Web3, blockchain, or fintech industry.
- Web3 Knowledge: Strong understanding of Web3, blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and DeFi.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain complex concepts in an accessible manner.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Project Management: Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions to client challenges.
- Initiative: Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
