Responsibilities

• Using Scrumban methodology and practices to plan and deliver solutions.
• Facilitating communication between the engineering team and other teams.
• Cooperate with recruiter in screening and hiring engineering and product teams.
• Training, mentoring, and supporting engineering teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices.
• Managing bug bounties, and satellite products and tools, such as forums, analytics, etc.
• Responsible for server maintenance and security engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience as a scrum master or in a similar role at reputable companies or startups.
• Engineering team management experience required.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is a must.
• Strong software development background preferred.
• Certified scrum master, SAFe preferred.

Logistics

This is a remote position that can be done from anywhere. We are able to provide visa sponsorship in some countries, and the possibilities can be discussed in interview process.
