Role: Sales Manager Mission: Paid top token listings with a co-marketing budget Story: LATOKEN users need top token listings on the platform to trade and invest their funds. Key PROBLEM's: Make 2 paid Listings within 1st month. How: List tokens from your own CRM pipeline, agents, and own search. Constraints: Focus on paid listings & strong token trader community. OKRs: Main performance number: Listings revenue Second performance number: Real Hot Leads 30D Third performance number: Agreement Sent

Functions:

• StandUps : StandUps focus on problems seen on dashes and commitments delivery. • Network : Build network of leadgen partners: advisors, marketing and listings agencies and managers. • Find priority leads : Search leads with recent IDO, listing on DEX/CEX, active marketing or news. • Contact : For each priority lead (webform or recent ICO or listings) Message 3-5 execs with 5 follow ups. • Sales Scrum : Grow team captains through eliminating weak managers and investing in high-potential ones. • Deals : Sign agreements and receive money from the projects you sold listing to. • Workflow : Keep everything well organized and follow company's workflow. • Workshops : Experienced sales take a role of seller and customer to spot mistakes and give feedback to newcomers. • Training : Grow your sales skills through workshops and calls with your team captain or buddy. • Prevent fraud : Report conflicts of interest.

Requirement skills and experience:

• 2+ years in B2B sales or bisdev for investment / fintech products or services.
• Experience in investments/fintech is a strong plus.
• Personal experience with cryptocurrencies & blockchain tokens.
• Demand the highest standards for clear and MECE-defined roles and OKRs.
• Fluent English.
