We are looking for a Casino Manager  to join our team.

Job Description

• Full operational ownership of the casino side within crypto brand
• Manage relationships with game providers and platform teams: coordinate game launches, ensure content availability, and resolve operational issues.
• Lead communication with providers regarding participation in network tournaments, exclusive promotions, and promotional support.
• Plan and execute custom tournaments, promotional campaigns, and bonus events to drive engagement and retention.
• Oversee casino content structure and visibility: manage placement, categorization, filtering, and personalized showcasing.
• Monitor and optimize key performance metrics (GGR, retention, CTR, game performance), using internal BI tools and analytics dashboards.
• Ensure new game content is properly localized and tailored to priority GEOs (Canada, Australia , Web3-centric countries).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in casino operations or game/content management within the iGaming industry.
• Strong understanding of casino provider ecosystems, game types, bonus tools, and content performance drivers.
• Experience working with platform back offices and CMS tools (e.g., GR8, SoftSwiss, Games Global).
• Confident in handling data analytics and performance KPIs to make optimization decisions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills — especially for provider coordination and promo scheduling.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
