Decent Labs as we grow from a team of 20 to 100. Our
Recruiting Coordinator is going to play an integral role in establishing Decent Labs as an employer of choice, building our candidate pipeline, and filling open positions. Our Recruiting Coordinator is a champion for the industry we serve and the products we create by developing creative recruitment strategies to attract the best talent.
What you’ll do
- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and keep the pulse on where candidates are at in the process at all times
- Create strategic plans to source for high-quality candidates from diverse backgrounds, primarily for our technical roles
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels to identify and attract high caliber prospects and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential candidates for common positions
- Provide the best experience to both candidates and hiring managers alike by prioritizing clear communication and efficient hiring processes
- Engage passive candidates and seek out opportunities to get people excited about working with Decent Labs
- Assist in creating and executing initiatives around building employer brand awareness for Decent Labs across markets and platforms
- Think creatively and develop new ways for us to engage with our desired talent pools
- As a member of our small HR team, you’ll also have opportunities to work on other projects of interest

Requirements
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment
- 2+ years experience in recruitment or a role with an HR, administrative, support, or sales focus
- Experience working with a CRM/ATS, or other recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience with interviewing candidates or clients and scheduling complex meetings
- Ability to leverage knowledge of the market and industry trends to engage high-quality talent
- Bonus if you have strong recruiting skills in an in-house talent attraction environment
- Able to balance working autonomously with collaborating to bring projects to life from scratch
- Experience with or strong knowledge of the crypto industry is a bonus
