Who are we looking for?
We are looking to hire an experienced recruiter with a natural gift for headhunting and recruiting. As a Recruiter at Venly, you will be working with the hiring team to define the requirements for vacant company positions and actively seek out qualified candidates through networking systems and social media marketing. The responsibilities include identifying future hiring needs, designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through databases and social media, conducting interviews, filing paperwork, and keeping abreast of employment law and legislation.
Roles & Responsibilities
You will →
- Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
- Collaborate with the teams to compile a consistent list of requirements. Identify future hiring needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent.
- Post ads on job sites and stay active with current with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent.
- Continuously partner with hiring teams to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies.
- Maintain candidate database. Search resume databases and portfolio sites. Using Boolean and other search options to find qualified candidates.
- Source proactively via LinkedIn & research updated sourcing techniques.
- Conduct resume review for incoming applicants & initial Recruiter phone screens.
- Lead debrief sessions with hiring teams & coordinate candidate reference checks.
- Negotiate terms of hire with potential candidates and participate in crafting offers, pre-closing candidates, and delivering verbal offers.
- Prepare and present time-to-hire reports for managerial staff.
Qualifications
You are →
- A degree in human resource management or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience and proven track record of working as a recruiter or headhunter, ideally in a tech company or in an agency.
- Entrepreneurial in spirit with solid organizational skills and the ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication and presentation skills.
- Charismatic and professional demeanor. Advanced negotiation skills.
- Experience with social media and online advertising.
- Experience with report writing and data analytics.
- General understanding of the blockchain & NFT space.
- Experience in crypto industry is a strong plus.
