Job Responsibilities

• Conduct research in pricing/execution to generate trading ideas/develop trading strategies.
• Scale our automated trading business to new trading products and venues, to have high market presence in all traded markets.
• Monitoring and develop key KPIs to focus our post trade analysis and algorithm performance.
• Work closely with developers to propose/execute improvements or create solutions to pricing/execution/booking logic.

Job Requirement

• Bachelors or Masters' degree in quantitative discipline from top global university Prior Research/Trading experience in HFT, alpha mining or execution strategies
• Confidence in end-to-end ability to own a strategy (From proposal, to proof of concept, to development/evaluation and deployment/monitoring)
• Experience dealing with large volumes of data (preferably market tick data)
• Have strong analytical and numerical skills and pay high attention to detail.
• Confident in scientific Python (pandas, numpy, scipy, etc.)
• Highly desirable Traits: Developing/running proven high-freq strategies with sharpe > 5.
• Developing/running proven medium-freq strategies with sharpe > 2
• Proven experience with trading signals research which have been deployed into production, profitably.
• Experience in C++/ Machine learning methods an additional plus
• Prior crypto-specific trading experience.
