Role Overview

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects across our portfolio of brands and ventures, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, coordinate efforts across various departments, and support the General Manager in business development activities. This is a unique opportunity to work in a high-growth, fast-paced digital environment where you can make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and drive the execution of multiple concurrent projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Oversee coordination between brands and ventures, ensuring alignment and effective communication.

• Work with stakeholders across product, tech, marketing, and other teams to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables.

• Implement and manage project management frameworks and tools, with a focus on Agile methodologies.

• Assist the General Manager with business development processes, including onboarding new clients, signing contracts, and liaising with legal teams.

• Develop and maintain project plans, risk registers, and status reports, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

• Proactively identify and resolve roadblocks, ensuring projects move forward efficiently.

• Foster a culture of "get shit done" by balancing speed with quality, prioritising action over perfection.

• Provide insights and recommendations to improve cross-functional workflows and optimise project outcomes

• Collaborate with the General Manager to scope out new initiatives and projects, including conducting market research and feasibility analysis to inform decision-making and strategic planning.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in a digital or tech-focused environment.

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and modern digital product workflows.

• Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

• Experience working with legal teams, contracts, and business development processes is highly preferred.
