Project Manager

Overview

Fleek, a series A web3 infrastructure company with a remote team, is seeking an experienced Product Manager to work with the Fleek Network team (a decentralized content delivery network). Project Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects and will be a key contributor to the growth of our organization. This role is a great fit for project managers, who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and aren’t afraid of constant learning experiences on the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute technical projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed within the defined scope, timeline, and budget.
• Develop project plans, including goals, timelines, resources, and budget requirements.
• Identify project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
• Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, operations, and quality assurance.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management.
• Ensure projects are delivered with high quality and meet customer requirements.
• Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase project efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Have relevant Certifications in the field of Product/Project Management.
• On-job experience of leading an open source product/project.
• 5+ years of experience in project management with a focus on technical projects.
• Good understanding of software development and technology infrastructure.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to explain our products to external users and take feedback.
