We are looking for a Project Manager to coordinate the partnerships and events pipeline at Doodles working with world-class conferences, IPs, studios, and partners.
Doodles is a self-funded, community-driven NFT collectibles project working towards decentralizing its cross-media brand for millions of fans worldwide.

As one of our first hires, you will own brand initiatives where you will define success, manage scope, coordinate project planning, and have profound impact on the outcome of our endeavors.
What you’ll do
- Execute on our brand strategy in close collaboration with vendors and partners
- Contribute to overall brand and product strategies with the founding team
- Fly to the newest conferences to establish a presence for Doodles
- Champion the ideation and execution of new brand activations
- Coordinate our inbound partnerships pipeline
- Project manage creative asset deliverables in support of our partners
You
- Have a passion for NFTs and decentralized community building
- Have a solid understanding of organic, guerilla and grassroots marketing
- Have coordinated cross-disciplinary initiatives and complex projects
- Don’t mind having your boots on the ground to pull off in-person activations
- Strive to do novel things that surprise and delight
- Love to be scrappy and ship with a multi-disciplinary team
- Know your way around project management tools - the founders have big ideas and need organization in board and calendar format

- Doodles NFT vesting compensation package
- Minimum 6-month contract with an option to extend
