About Outlier Ventures

Outlier Ventures is the largest Web 3 accelerator in the world. Founded in 2014, it works with startups at various stages of their lifecycle from pre-seed / seed (via Base Camp) to later stage about to launch (or live) token networks specialising in a New Data Economy, NFTs, and DeFi bringing together a network of 1,000 's of the world's leading web 3 founders, protocols, VCs to mentor, and invest.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be working alongside the startups and Outlier Venture teams to deliver success across the year to up to three cohorts of Web3 startups. In true startup fashion you could end up doing nearly anything but we expect it to mainly consist of:

• Market research (including more crypto elements like token design)
• Startup business strategy
• Fundraising strategy (and core material creation) for pre-seed/seed and pre-sale level startups
• Networking building and mapping
• Enabling the cohort to excel and grow

This is a great way to see everything that happens in crypto venture at an early stage where we work with teams through the accelerator and through to their fundraising event - whether equity or a token. This position is well suited to those looking to jump start their transition into startups, venture or crypto. You’ll get exposure to a broad range of founders, innovations and partners - as well as seeing under the hood of Outlier Ventures.

Location: Global We’re a distributed team working with teams globally. We favour asynchronous work and the meetings are predominantly within European afternoons/US mornings. Package
