About the Role

We are on the hunt for a visionary Product Owner to spearhead the development and enhancement of our Mavis Market, a Gaming NFT Marketplace on Ronin.

Key Responsibilities

As a Product Owner, you will join in the software development cycle from ideation to development and post-development activities. You will take the main responsibility in the product development phase.

• Conduct features research and prepare, prioritize the product backlog to align with business priorities.
• Run sprint meetings and retrospectives, ensuring the development team delivers high-quality, workable products.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager, Product Designer, Development Team, and other stakeholders (Business Owner, Game Publishing Team) to align on product vision and objectives.
• Ensure timely and functional product delivery, track performance data post-launch to suggest future improvements.
• Utilize market insights, user feedback, and analytics to inform product strategy and decision-making, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
• Promote Agile/Scrum methodologies within the team, championing flexibility, rapid iteration, and a collaborative approach to product development.

• Demonstrated success as a Product Owner, with a portfolio of digital products. 
• Strong experience in product management, with strong understanding of the product development lifecycle. 
• Proven ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external partners, facilitating the integration of complex, multi-component digital solutions.
• Good command of the English language, with superior communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.
• A strategic thinker with an analytical mindset, adept at leveraging data to drive decisions and product innovations.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, complemented by a deep understanding of the digital and blockchain landscapes.

Desirable Skills

• Understanding of blockchain technology, practical experience in developing Commerce products and commitment to user-centered design principles.
• Knowledge of the gaming industry and familiarity with the challenges and opportunities it presents.
• Experience in fostering partnerships and managing stakeholder relationships, particularly in the context of product integration projects.
