Product Manager, KYC/KYB

Overview:

We are seeking a Product Manager with expertise in KYC/KYB to oversee KYC/KYB onboarding processes, ensuring smooth and compliant user onboarding. The ideal candidate must have crypto experience and a strong understanding of KYC/KYB systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of product roadmaps and strategies for KYC, KYB, and onboarding features
• Manage KYC/POI/POA processes and local vendor integrations.
• Oversee KYB certification, name screening, and EDD.
• Handle KYC/KYB level management, user privileges, and backend controls.
• Manage transaction interfaces, trading pairs/assets, and language settings.
• Collaborate with compliance and engineering teams to ensure seamless onboarding.

• At least 4+ years of experience in product management, specifically focused on KYC, KYB, and onboarding processes within the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry.
• Strong background in KYC/KYB systems and onboarding processes.
• Proven experience managing complex backend systems and integrations.
• Experience working with crypto wallets, exchanges, or DeFi platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with decentralized identity solutions and other blockchain-based identity verification methods.
