Product Manager: Developer Experience

The Role As a Product Manager on the Developer Experience team at 3Box Labs, you'll be in charge of delivering a best-in-class experience for developers building on the Ceramic platform.

In this role you will...

• Craft a best-in-class developer experience for engineers building on Ceramic, driving our authentication product and core SDKs to be both powerful and simple. You'll ensure the journey through our documentation, tutorials, and other content makes other developers marvel at our caring and attention to quality in the developer experience.
• Prioritize, spec, and shepherd major product initiatives alongside the Glaze engineering team. You bring a thorough understanding of our developers' needs and the market to focus efforts on the most important work, and ensure it's delivered at high quality and on time, and with excellent collaboration across the team.
• Mature our product culture by helping build habits around critical processes and tools, while constantly championing (and coaching others on) clear specs, appropriate scoping, great documentation, and active communication in the broader team and community.
• Ensure all releases meet high-quality standards, which help ensure high-quality products with rigorous attention to detail and proactive communication to key customers and the community.
• Become a champion for the community and leader on the team. You know our developer customers intimately and represent their needs, and you motivate and catalyze action on the team by putting that knowledge into impactful plans.

You're likely to succeed if you have...

• 4+ years experience as a Product Manager or product-minded engineer,
• Experience working on developer SDKs, APIs, tooling, authentication, authorization protocols, or data products 
• An ability to combine deep, empathetic understanding of developers with data-driven insights and intuition for major technology trends
• An ability to inspire and collaborate effectively with people from all disciplines to ship high-quality products
• Exceptional communication skills and a solid grasp of product management frameworks and processes
• A nose for the highest impact initiatives and an appreciation for great execution against them
• A passion for Web3, blockchain, peer-to-peer, open source, and related technologies
