About the Role:

As a Product Manager at Roma, you will be at the forefront of our product offerings, focused on delivering innovative and secure solutions within the digital assets space. 

Roma is a dynamic startup aiming to revolutionize the financial world, with a strong emphasis on tokenization of digital assets. You will play a pivotal role in driving the development and enhancement of our best in class products, ensuring they meet the needs of our clients and align with market trends.

• Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for Roma's offerings, including defining product roadmap, feature prioritization, and market positioning
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs in the crypto industry
• Feature Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, sales/ GTM) to conceptualize, plan, and implement new features and enhancements for the products
• Product Development: Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features
• Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to gather feedback, understand requirements, and incorporate insights into product development
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated with regulatory frameworks and ensure that crypto products comply with relevant regulations and security standards
• Performance Tracking: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of crypto products; continuously optimize based on data-driven insights

• 3+ years of experience in product management roles
• Passionate for crafting and elevating cutting-edge products from their earliest stages
• Enthusiastic about the Crypto, blockchain, and digital asset ecosystems, with a strong conviction in their ability to transform the worldwide financial framework
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams, understanding technical complexities and making informed decisions
• Strong business acumen and proven ability to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape in the crypto industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and influence stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to identify challenges, propose solutions, and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to adapt quickly to changing priorities and pivot strategies based on market dynamics and feedback
