What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for a
Product Manager who can take on existing products, features, and processes, and help connect customers to real value, in support of our larger vision and strategy. You’ll discover and define the customers, their problems, and find how we can solve them in ways that are viable and sustainable for the business.
Responsibilities:
- Take on ownership of well-defined areas with clearly-defined outcomes for the work, such as an existing feature or smaller product
- Closely collaborate with business units such as Business Development, Legal, and Compliance, Engineering, Operations & Policy
- Manage product backlogs and definition in the form of user stories, requirements, or other forms as needed by those teams
- Work closely with customer-interfacing teams to track our customer needs and ensure they’re being addressed, and help communicate our roadmap and timelines back to the customer
- Leverage market research, internal data, client feedback, and customer insights to identify opportunities for future enhancements
- Create metrics to track progress towards product objectives, and to measure the health of the business
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years previous product management or equivalent experience.
- Relevant experience in adjacent fields, like development, design, customer service, project management, and so on, is highly desired.
- Ability to get things done in ambiguous, shifting, and challenging situations
- Ability to manage varied and broad stakeholder groups
- Ability to build consensus and lead without authority
