Ethereum Name Service (ENS) is a decentralized, permissionless naming system built on the Ethereum blockchain that enables human-readable names (like "myname.eth") to be linked to standard Ethereum addresses and other distributed systems.

As one of the first protocols built on Ethereum, ENS has enabled over 3 million registered .eth names, and over another 20 million ENS names from teams such as Coinbase, Uniswap, and Linea, as well as integrations with hundreds of other apps, wallets, protocols, and browsers in the crypto ecosystem.

ENS Labs has been driving the core development of the ENS protocol since 2018. We created the ENS app, open-source libraries, and core smart contracts. We are on a mission to make crypto-powered experiences as easy and accessible as browsing the web. Join us as we build the next iteration of our protocol, ENSv2, and pioneer a more decentralized, flexible, and scalable ENS for the future.

About the Role

We're looking for a Product Manager to drive the next phase of development for Ethereum Name Service (ENS). You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our product roadmap, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and pushing the boundaries of decentralized identity and Web3 services.

As a PM at ENS Labs, you'll directly influence the future of Web3 by building infrastructure that millions rely on. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role for someone passionate about the decentralized web and eager to drive its evolution into a mainstream reality.

You'll report directly to our CTO and Co-founder, partnering closely with executive leadership to shape strategic initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to define and drive a compelling product vision and strategy forward at ENS, aligning with user needs, ecosystem trends, company goals, and product data insights.

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle — from discovery and definition through launch, iteration, and scaling.

  • Identify, prioritize, and validate features that deliver standout user experiences.

  • Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and legal teams to deliver high-quality products efficiently.

  • Engage deeply with the ENS community to gather feedback, validate assumptions, and ensure user needs are reflected in the roadmap.

  • Define success metrics, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvements based on data and feedback.

  • Clearly communicate product vision, strategy, progress, and challenges to stakeholders across the company.

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with internal teams and external partners to drive alignment and momentum.

  • Set clear priorities, manage tradeoffs, and drive execution against ambitious goals.

Who You Are

  • Proven experience leading consumer-facing products from 0→1 or 1→n, ideally with high user engagement or technical complexity.

  • Strong organizational and execution skills — able to manage multiple priorities across diverse teams and timelines.

  • Analytical and user-focused, with the ability to translate research, data, and community feedback into actionable product insights.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of influencing stakeholders and driving alignment.

  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous, and decentralized environments.

It’s a Plus, if You Have

  • Familiarity with ENS, decentralized identity standards, and/or related Web3 protocols.

  • Deep understanding of Web3 and blockchain ecosystems, including key protocols, applications, and trends.

  • Experience working in or with DAOs, DeFi projects, NFT platforms, or other major Web3 communities.

  • Technical proficiency or background working closely with engineering teams on complex, user-facing products.

ENS Labs is an equal-opportunity employer. We value diversity and are committed to fostering an inclusive, supportive environment for all team members. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and experiences.
