General Information
- Salary range: Competitive, negotiable
- Position: Full-time
- Location: Remote
- Time-zone preference: Asia, Oceania, Europe
Your responsibilities
- Propose new products and features, prepare PRD and work closely with engineers to deliver products under tight deadlines
- Own the whole life cycle of the product and work with Ops, Marketing and BD to ensure the success of every new product launched
- Research and stay ahead of new trends, and turn insights into actions
- Monitor product performance data and adjust strategies and product directions timely
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience
- 2+ years of crypto/defi experience
- Experience leading a team of product and UX designers
- Ability to work in a high paced environment with tight deadlines
- Ability to find a balance between quality and execution speed, and between long term and short team goals
- Strong communication and articulation skills; experience in working in a cross cultural work environment
