Product Lead

Boba Network is seeking an experienced & empathetic Product Lead to help us build the most user-friendly network in Blockchain. The Product Lead will play a critical role between the business and engineering functions, roadmapping product features based on technical feasibility, engineering bandwidth, business impact, and customer experience. This role will be responsible for understanding the Boba Network users (Bobarians!) and marrying their needs with the technical capabilities of the network. Boba Network aims to be the Peoples’ L2, and that has to lead with a fantastic user experience. In addition to users, the Product Lead will also talk to projects deployed on the network to bring developer experience into the product roadmap. The Product Lead will be a highly cross-functional role that must be able to cut to what is most important and prioritize the highest impact features for the network.

Responsibilities

• Develop the product roadmap in conjunction with technical and business leaders across the organization.
• Create user profiles and needs to help guide product planning.
• Manage the UI/UX design process with designers and front end developers.
• Collect & process product feedback from users
• Talk to project partners to understand developer needs for the Boba ecosystem.
• Help with use case development for novel technologies developed by Boba.

About Boba Network
