Role Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Product Designer to join our small but fast growing team. You will be the second design hire and you will operate with high ownership to enhance the user experience of a very new technology. You will play a key role in creating innovative and engaging designs that resonate with one the biggest applications in Web3.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity across desktop and mobile
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, business objectives, technical constraints and translate them into innovative solutions.
- Create high-fidelity designs for new features and improvements.
- Contribute to fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and iteration within the product team and cross-functionally.
- Stay updated on Web3 industry trends and best practices
- 8+ years of experience in product design
- Strong visual and design system experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- (Plus) Experience designing for web and mobile platforms in the fintech or web3 space
