In this innovative role, you will provide essential support and guidance to our Polish-speaking clients as they explore the world of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology. Your expertise will help clients understand these complex topics and the solutions we offer, empowering them to make informed decisions in this rapidly evolving space.

As a consultant, your responsibilities will include conducting training sessions, addressing client inquiries, and troubleshooting any issues they may encounter with our cryptocurrency-related products and services. You will play a critical role in ensuring high customer satisfaction and building strong, lasting relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist Polish-speaking clients with inquiries related to cryptocurrency and blockchain technology
• Provide tailored product demonstrations and training to help clients understand our solutions
• Troubleshoot technical issues and offer effective solutions
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and feedback
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance services and address client concerns
• Stay informed about the latest developments and trends in cryptocurrency and blockchain

• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and verbal
• Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach
• Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and related solutions is preferred
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to problem-solving
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and effectively prioritize workload
• Experience in customer support or consulting is an advantage but not mandatory
• A passion for technology and eagerness to stay updated on industry trends is essential
