Job Description

What we hope you will bring
• Hands-on Technical Knowledge.
• Experience with developing an Enterprise solution that works across markets.
• Knowledge of modern queueing and caching systems e.g., RabbitMQ, Redis, etc.
• Experience with continuous deployment or continuous integration.
• Have managed the integration of online and offline processes.

Your scope includes
• You will be vital to the Company's growth. Reporting directly to our CEO, you are responsible for the strategy, development, and operation of the enabling technology.
• Design a compelling technology vision and strategy to help the Company to continue to differentiate and move into new markets.
• Lead the development of next-generation technology to realize the product strategy. Drive innovation by defining and developing our technical architecture.
• Drive the delivery of the roadmap for our existing and future products, delivering high-quality products, maintaining a ship fast, ship often -mentality, and ensuring that products and projects are delivered on time and on budget
• Build extraordinary technical teams. Your most meaningful skill will be your ability to encourage, mentor, lead, and inspire others.
• Integrating APIs with key business services to aid the seamless flow of information across all channels.
• Create an environment where our people will do their best work ever.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Experience
• 5+ years of working with highly innovative products
• Proven track record in building, leading and inspiring high-performing product engineering teams.
• Outstanding communications skills, a thought leader who can represent the Company internally as well as externally
• Accountability for the growth of a company and proof that you have significantly contributed to this by driving technical innovation

Skills and Personality
• Proficient in English
• You inspire others and lead by example.
• Can contribute to the growth of the Company at an executive level.
• A natural drive to succeed and the passion to make it happen. You make a positive impact and can deliver a vision to a broader team.
• Analytical but also pragmatic mindset.
