The Mission

We are seeking a highly disciplined Withdrawals Manager to oversee the movement of assets within our ecosystem. This is a high-trust role that requires a blend of technical Web3 knowledge and administrative excellence. You will be responsible for verifying, processing, and auditing user withdrawals through our internal admin panels, ensuring that every transaction is accurate, secure, and timely.

Key Responsibilities

• Withdrawal Processing: Manage the end-to-end queue of user withdrawal requests, ensuring they are processed within our established SLAs.

• Admin Panel Management: Navigate and operate internal administrative tools to validate user balances, check transaction histories, and execute payouts.

• Security & Verification: Perform rigorous checks to identify suspicious activity or fraudulent withdrawal attempts before they are processed.

• Network Coordination: Ensure withdrawals are sent on the correct blockchain networks and monitor for "stuck" transactions or gas-related delays.

• Inbound Support Escalations: Work closely with the Customer Support team to resolve user queries specifically related to pending or failed withdrawals.

The Requirements

• Web3 Experience (Required): You must understand the mechanics of blockchain transactions. You know the difference between networks (e.g., ERC-20 vs. BEP-20) and understand how to track hashes on block explorers.

• Admin Panel Proficiency: Previous experience working within back-office admin panels or dashboard environments. You are comfortable with "low-level" technical interfaces.

• Extreme Attention to Detail: In this role, there is no room for error. You must be methodical and double-check every address and amount before execution.

• The "Always-On" Mindset: This role requires a commitment of 8 hours a day, 7 days a week. You are reliable, punctual, and thrive in a high-consistency environment.

• Strong English Skills: You must be able to communicate clearly with the internal team and write professional updates regarding transaction statuses.

• Location: 100% Remote (Global).

• Schedule: 8 hours per day, 7 days per week.
