Partnership Affiliate Manager

About Company:

Our client is a provider of cryptocurrency payment solutions, offering seamless and secure payment processing for businesses worldwide. Their solutions cater to a diverse range of clients, from small enterprises to large corporations, enabling them to accept and manage cryptocurrency payments efficiently. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Lead to join their team. The successful candidate will take full ownership of the marketing function for the project, creating and executing the marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and Maintain relationships with new and existing affiliate/agents/partners;
  
• Build commercial conditions for the partnership chain and maintain it in up to date condition;
  
• Coordinate with the educational department to develop assets for the affiliate training;
  
• Affiliate training;
  
• Affiliate support and tracking of affiliate progress;
  
• Coordinate with the marketing department regarding preparing conversion promo materials for Affiliates for specific GEO (landing pages, teasers, banners);
  
• Initiate new campaign ideas and bonus offers for affiliates;
  
• Represent the company on international events (exhibitions, meetups, seminars, etc);
  
• Achieve sales targets and revenue goals by promoting company products and services to potential partners;
• Recruit new affiliates /agents/ partners.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years' of payment-related business development experience;
• Fluent English;
• Previous experience in partnership (affiliate management) is a must;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to speak (Chinese or Thai Vietnamese, or Japanese) added advantage;
• Strong knowledge of successful marketing industry-related strategies;
• Focused and goal-oriented;
• Any additional language skills would be considered a great advantage;
• A strong understanding of crypto and fiat payment markets is essential;
• Open for business trips;
• Ability to operate independently and to meet established deadlines with exceptional attention to detail
