Key Responsibilities

Responsible for paid traffic growth, developing media source/new paid ads channels/agencies according to the company's strategic goals;

Optimize budget, creatives, placement, audience in order to achieve ROAS/ROI targets (Twitter, Facebook/Instagram or other social media channels)

Track weekly / monthly / quarterly channel KPI targets to manage budget and resources effectively

Plan, execute and report for local market teams to promote market specific campaigns

Participate in conferences and events to stay close and ahead of current market trends; identify potential business, collaboration opportunities.
Key Requirements
-
Experience with media buying from performance marketing agency, fintech or financial industry;

Hands-on experience setting up and optimizing app installation campaigns is a must;

Good command of the English language; Mandarin will be a plus;

Strong network within the Crypto & Blockchain space, resources of agencies/community/kol/influencer is a plus;

Proven track record in paid ads / performance marketing;

Comes with a positive attitude, great interpersonal and communication skills, strong logical thinking and result-oriented mindset.

Experience using appsflyer, ampliture/tableau will be a plus
