The Role

Duration: Full-time; Location: REMOTE; Preferred Living Locations or Time zones: Europe, London, England, Lisbon, Portugal, Argentina, Spain, East Coast US

As our Operations Manager, reporting to the Head of Operations & People, you will play a key role in helping her shape, streamline, integrate and enhance the way Reown’s business operations and technologies currently function.

This high visibility role has a wide remit across the different business functions and offers broad exposure across the company. You’ll act as the “glue” between the different functions/teams, driving collaboration and alignment while building the infrastructure and processes that enable seamless operations as we scale. This is the perfect opportunity for a generalist with a solid foundation in operations, a proven track record of taking initiative, and the ability to quickly learn, adapt and prioritize in a dynamic environment.

Day to Day:

CRM + Revenue Operations - 30%

• Manage Sales CRM data in Hubspot: building + designing dashboards, improving Sales workflows, helping BD team with data imports/validation
• Support the build of Product Led Growth automation in Hubspot
• Working cross-functionally to run integrations between Hubspot and other tooling/systems across Reown as needed

General Crossfunctional Operations - 50%

• Management of user provisioning, on + offboarding, helping build + manage security processes
• Continuously identify and implement improvements to our internal processes. 
• Write and maintain internal documentation and help manage Reown Notion instance
• Help coordinate and organize company documentation and support legal in executing agreements as needed.
• Support evaluation of new systems and tooling

Analytics + Reporting - 15%

• Develop and manage commercial reporting + analytics 
• Manage board-level reporting across commercial, people and finance functions
• Partner with data engineering to deliver KPI reporting at board level

Company Cadence - 15%

• Help manage the company calendar, tracking key milestone and priorities
• Coordinate and schedule leadership meetings and team-wide events.
• Coordinate bi-weekly All Hands meetings with functional leaders

Must Haves:

• Ability to thrive in environments where you can take on a wide range of tasks and jump into new challenges without hesitation.
• Experienced and proficient with modern tools like Notion, Slack, and AI to make workflows more efficient. 
• Excel/Google Sheets, Slides + Docs proficiency is a must

Plusses:

• Experience with building CRM workflows, data integrations and validation 
• Experience in a Chief of Staff office or working with an exec team a bonus
