*****Do you have 5 - 8 years Operations Management experience and business exposure within the digital assets, Web3 or wider FinTech industry?

*****Do you have a proven track record partnering with cross-functional teams and executing complex operations from the ground up around software product-based projects?

*****Do you have experience implementing and managing operational tools and systems, such as workflow automation platforms, CRM/helpdesk tools (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom), or low-code dashboards (e.g., Retool, Looker, Airtable).
