Fuel Labs is building the fastest modular execution layer in the world. You will be working at the bleeding edge of blockchain scalability R&D, designing developer documentation and tutorials, along with other user- and dev-facing content.
The Role
- Manage calendars of founders, including scheduling appointments and calls across multiple timezones.
- Organize and schedule calls with external partners and projects.
- Conduct work-related travel bookings for founders and team members.
- Support team in business operations and people operations efforts.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks for management.
Required Experience
- 1-2 years spent in a relevant role in operations or administration.
- Track record in successfully juggling multiple projects/timelines/stakeholders at once.
Ideal Candidate Qualities
- Highly organised.
- Strong time management skills.
- Project management capabilities.
- Self-starter mentality.
- Effective communication style that works across founders, clients, and internal teams.
Bonus
- Prior experience in processing transactions on Ethereum.
- Familiarity with the web3 space, or the appetite to dive in and learn quickly.
- Background in Philosophy.
