Community Operation

• Responsibilities
• Familiar with the product's features and functions to draw out user portraits and needs
• Keep communication with users, and answer user questions
• Through community operation on Discord , content operation on Twitter and YouTube to acquire new users and enhance user loyalty
• Regularly conduct user research, collect user needs and feedback in a timely manner, and propose product optimization solutions
• Regularly summarize operation experience, and participate in the optimization of content, products and operating processes
• Engage in the event, content, and user operations of DoraHacks products to achieve user acquisition, growth, and retention
• Participate in the Grant/Hackathon operation of DoraHacks, including editing relevant documents and event introductions, following up project progress, collecting user feedback after the event, following up on task objectives, etc.
• Career Orientation
• After one year of working, the role will be fixed in one of the following fields: event operation, content operation, user operation, product growth, or marketing based on your work ability and expertise.
• Qualifications
• Fluency in Mandarin and English, able to write promotional content in English
• Business proficiency in Mandarin

Product Operation

• Responsibilities
• Design product operation and promotion strategies to expand product influence and public awareness according to the product functions, and the user profile and needs
• Follow up the functions of the newly launched product , and collect user feedback information to propose product improvement suggestions, and adjust marketing strategies
• Cross-departmental communication and coordination, planning promotion events, and writing and implementing event plans
• Achieve user acquisition, user growth and user retention through all methods such as content operation, activity operation, product optimization, etc.
• Qualifications
• Bachelor degree or above, more than 2 years experience in product operation, user operation, event planning, marketing, advertising communication
• Sharp user insight and strong logic
• Great innovation and implementation ability
• Fluent English and Mandarin, strong English writing skills are preferred
• A target-oriented team player with a strong sense of business ownership, able to efficiently connect internal teams and external resources

User Growth

• Responsibilities
• Familiar with the fundamentals of user operation, including Discord community operation, YouTube live content operation, social media operation on Twitter, and Hackathon, Grant activity operation, etc.
• Regularly conduct user surveys to collect user needs and feedback
• Build a user operation system, formulate and implement user operation strategies to achieve user growth and retention
• Design corresponding maintenance plans and incentive mechanisms for different types of users to improve user activeness and loyalty to the platform
• Establish and improve the user incentive system based on user feedback and user behavior paths and data, and optimize the process of user growth, activity and retention
• Continuously analyzing and dipping into users needs to refine operation strategies and improve user conversion rate
• Regularly organize online user activities , and actively participate in community building and maintenance
• Qualifications
• Mandarin fluency
• Proficient in spoken and written English with business proficiency
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in user operations with proven success
• Able to work under pressure, remaining focused, confident and professional
• Quick learner with analytical skills
• Team-player with strong communication and coordination ability
• Highly self-motivated with business ownership sense to achieve purpose in collaboration with teams

• Knowledge of developer community
• Overseas working/ living/ studying experience

Spanish Speaking Operation

• Responsibilities
• Independently responsible for the entire Grant/Hackathon operation process of DoraHacks, including: setting cooperation details with partners, writing relevant documents and event introductions, following up project progress, collecting post-event user feedback, etc., and coordinating resources of all parties to ensure that the project achieves the expected goals
• Communicate with users, understand user needs in a timely manner, and answer user questions
• Qualifications
• More than 1 year related working experience
• Spanish native and fluent in spoken and written English or Mandarin
• Experience in event or product operation, and ability to multitask with great time management skills
• Highly self-motivated with business ownership sense to achieve purpose in collaboration with teams
• Science and engineering background is a plus

Project Manager| Operation Readiness

• Responsibilities
• Assist COO in managing and planning programs, follow up program progress with control of each phase to ensure that the program is carried out as scheduled.
• Assist COO to formulate the work plan, arrange and supervise the daily work of the team, and be responsible for the implementation results of the plan.
• Prospectively predict the risks of each phase during the implementation of the program, keep effective communication with all teams and propose solutions to ensure the smooth running of the program.
• Assist in setting program operational strategies, competition strategies, etc., and be in charge of realization of the strategies.
• Maintain effective and timely communication with partners to keep them updated on the completion of important sections of the program.
• Track the implementation and completion of the organization's annual operation plan and goals ; periodically analyze and evaluate the fulfillment of the annual operation plan and management objectives.
• Collect feedback from partners in a timely manner after the completion of a program, and report accordingly to the operation team.
• Participate in other operational work including event operation, user operation, content operation, etc..
• Build and optimize the training system for operation team.
• Qualifications
• More than 3 years of work experience with relevant experience in operation.
• Familiar with the work content and workflow of operation.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English: English business proficiency level.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in task decomposition and process control.
• Able to nimbly acquire knowledge of DoraHacks' business and products.
• Purpose-oriented, self-motivated team-player with a strong sense of business ownership.

Event Operation(Internship)

• Responsibilities
• Independently responsible for the entire Grant/Hackathon operation process of DoraHacks, including setting cooperation plans with partners, writing relevant documents and event introductions, following up project progress, collecting post-event user feedback, etc.
• Maintain communication with users, understand user needs in a timely manner, and answer user questions;
• Regularly organize and summarize operational experience, and optimize the workflow of content operation and product operation
• Make industry and competitor research and analysis
• Qualifications
• Graduate/PhD degree or outstanding undergraduate
• Engineering/Science academic background
• Mandarin and English fluency, able to write English promotional content
• Desire to work in operations for a long run
• Multitasking ability and excellent time management skills
• Team-player with strong communication and coordination skills
• Highly self-motivated with business ownership sense to achieve purpose in collaboration with teams
• Work at least 30 hours per week

Logistics

This is a remote position that can be done from anywhere. We are able to provide visa sponsorship in some countries, and the possibilities can be discussed in interview process.
