Job Description
- Act as the main point of contact as the San Francisco Office Manager
- Assign park passes and visitor passes for the office
- Report to the Regional Office Facilities Manager who sits in the LA office
- Handle the seating organization when hires start or desks need to be rearranged
- Accept USPS, UPS, and/or FedEx deliveries and ship packages out in a timely manner
- Reserve conference and board rooms and prepare for meetings including catering, documents, supplies, etc.
- Order snacks, food, and supplies for the entire office and replenish as needed
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails
- Liaise with other offices as needed

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
- 2-4 years of experience managing a corporate office
- Experience working at a start up is preferred!
- Must have a bubbly, go-getter and proactive personality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to act and work independently
- Ability to commute 3-4x per week to the Financial District of SF is required
- Contract to Hire to begin
