Responsibilities

• Consult with Nordic-speaking clients to assess their needs and deliver tailored cryptocurrency and blockchain technology solutions.
• Conduct informative presentations and product demonstrations that highlight the value of our offerings.
• Guide clients through the implementation process and assist them in overcoming any challenges they may encounter.
• Provide ongoing support, addressing client inquiries promptly and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the cryptocurrency and blockchain sectors, sharing insights with clients.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor in the blockchain space.

• Fluency in a Nordic language (e.g., Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish) and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in consulting, customer support, or a related role, preferably in the cryptocurrency or blockchain fields.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency fundamentals.
• A keen interest in emerging technologies and their potential applications in various industries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
• A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a commitment to continuous learning in this fast-paced environment.
