Node Js Developer working collaboratively in a team of developers, designers, productstrategists and data specialists, to understand the project needs andrequirements of a new large-scale social community platform, translatethese into new and improved web experience solutions, and collaboratewith your teammates to bring these ideas to life.THE ROLE
- You will have live product development experience, strong technical skills
- and will be used to working within a cross-functional team including UX, creatives and front-end developers.
- You will be working within the back-end work stream of a team delivering a green-field community platform - consisting of bespoke components, and will be expected to deliver to high standards and within your technical expertise and experience.
- You must have a minimum 3 years of experience in building web applications using Node.Js technology.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Your key responsibility will be building and integrating back end platform.
- You will be familiar with top trending as well as stable Node.Js frameworks and API services architectures.
- Work with the development team to spread knowledge and develop resources.
MUST HAVES
- A strong background in object oriented development techniques using Node.Js and Typecript.
- Experience with SQL ( MS SQLS ) and NoSQL databases. Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system.
- Experience in building and scaling RESTful API's from the group up
- Experience in OOP and Domain Driven Design.
- Experience with unit tests and mock frameworks.
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies
