Job Description

• Monitor, interpret, and ensure compliance with OJK and other relevant regulations in the investment, securities, and capital market sectors.

• Prepare and submit mandatory reports, filings, approvals, and disclosures to regulators.

• Support regulatory audits, inspections, and inquiries, and act as the liaison between the company and government authorities.

• Ensure the company complies with AML/CFT (APU-PPT) standards including identifying, monitoring, and reporting suspicious activities.

• Provide legal advice and guidance on business initiatives

• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents.

• Ensure all legal documents meet capital market standards and investor protection principles.

• Conduct periodic compliance risk assessments and recommend corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree of Law
• Having experiene 3-4 year
• Working experience as corporate legal at Fintech company especially investment, capital market or securities 
• Strong understanding of investment, capital market or securities 
• Having PERADI will be a plus
• Attention to detail and have a sense of legal risk awareness
• Good communication and problem solving skill
