*****Do you have a minimum 10 years’ experience in compliance, risk, or legal roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in Hong Kong financial services, fintech, or virtual assets. 

*****Proven track record as MLRO or Deputy MLRO in Hong Kong, preferred with MSO and Crypto  

*****Have you directly handled the Hong Kong VASP regime? 

*****Have you handled SFC Type 1 & 7 licensing requirements? 

*****Experience managing licensing processes and regulatory engagements. 

*****What are your salary expectations?
