Pulse iD is a Fintech startup that is scaling rapidly in the Asia Pacific region, currently operating out of Singapore, Malaysia, India, Hong Kong, Australia, Sri Lanka and Philippines. We are an open commerce platform for DeFi, fintech, and banking. Businesses use our platform to manage and fund very targeted conversations with customers across banking channels, fintechs, and cryptocurrency platforms. Integrations across payment networks allow us to embed intelligent promotions - with customers getting rewarded in fiat or cryptocurrency.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a super-organised, highly-driven and strategic individual to manage and drive our ambitious marketing content strategy, to support our pipeline, to join us. This role is perfect for a B2B marketer ready for an exciting new challenge in a rapidly-growing company and who thrives on interaction with a large external client base. This is very much a hands-on, fast-paced role and you’ll be empowered to make a significant impact on demand generation by working with the Marketing and Growth team, planning and executing campaigns that drive engagement, pipeline generation and sales at all stages of our marketing journey. This role can be remote and we prefer candidates closer to GMT+8.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Work with the marketing and wider client, growth and specialist discipline teams to plan and deliver acquisition, retention, cross-sell, and upsell campaigns across multiple channels (owned, paid, and earned)
  • Work closely with our growth, account management, solutions, strategy, in-house creative and digital development teams, as well as our external agencies, to develop and deliver successful, results-focused marketing initiatives
  • Plan and implement highly effective email and marketing automation programmes
  • Develop a segmented approach to drive engagement across multiple audiences at different stages in their people-based marketing journey, to help clients and prospects progress in their adoption of our services.
  • Facilitate the development of multi-channel thought leadership content – case studies, blogs, reports, research, webinars, video and events and content.
  • Continually test, measure and report campaign and programme performance and evolve actions based on learning

What do you need to have?

  • We anticipate that the suitable candidate will bring circa 6+ years’ experience producing B2B branding and lead/demand generation content.
  • Knowledge of building automated campaigns using Salesforce is desirable
  • Tech-savvy with a good understanding of marketing strategy and keen digital awareness
  • Experience of delivering engagement and lead generation across multiple channels, including email, automation, search, social, PR, paid media and webcasts
  • Ability to develop campaign messages and propositions is a must along with strong copywriting skills, an excellent ability for storytelling and structure, good spelling and grammar, and understanding of style, tone of voice and audience
  • Experience using CRM, data and email marketing/automation systems. Understanding of CRM, email and marketing automation programmes is important
  • You should also have knowledge in SEO, content categorization and structure, content development, distribution and measurement.
  • Marketing-related degree or similar qualification preferred
  • Strong collaborator who understands how to work with different people to help them meet deadlines, generate content and develop their point of view.
  • Highly organized with an ability to plan ad juggle several projects and tasks at the same time, self-motivated and capable of working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical with a keen eye for insight that will drive and improve performance
  • A collaborative approach to working, this role will suit someone who is determined and strategic in their approach yet focused on delivery excellence
