The German subsidiary, Crypto Finance (Deutschland) GmbH, located in Frankfurt am Main, is currently looking for another Managing Director. The starting date is as soon as possible in our office in Frankfurt am Main.

Key responsiblities:

• As one of the three Managing Directors you will be responsible for the IT strategy and operational management of the German business activities with a focus on information technology
• You will shape, drive, and steer the methodical and ambitious growth of the subsidiary, as well as the development of the company as a whole
• You will implement an audit proven and efficient management process for the company
• You ensure flawless operations and monitor all internal and external activities

• You are an experienced leader in the financial service industry, with experience in a BaFin regulated bank or financial infrastructure company either as a Managing Director or as a deputy with IT background
• You have a proven track record and experience in leading companies through the build-up and implementation phase. Additionally, you have knowledge of required IT processes, and you can establish effective and efficient IT operational workflows, understanding of information security requirements and implementation is beneficial
• You have experience with complex IT projects in the regulated financial sector, and have an excellent network of contacts in the industry
• Your leadership style is authentic and motivating, and both your actions and way of communicating are transparent and direct; you have a good sense for entrepreneurial values, and you are a team player
• You have a proven interest in crypto assets and/or blockchain technology
• You create an infectious team spirit, distinguish yourself with a winning attitude, have excellent negotiation skills, and are highly self-motivated
• You have a passion for excellence, and work according to the motto "getting things done"
• You speak German at a native level and English fluently
